New Photographers Gallery

By | May 4, 2021
The gallery is pleased to welcome back wildlife photographer Nancy Brown-Schembri and her exhibit “Wild and Free II”  from Friday April 30 until Saturday May 22. For Nancy, “wildlife photography is about making a connection with the subject and capturing the eyes of the animals or their natural behaviour.”
Alan Peter Kohut’s exhibit Etched in Wood” also continues until Saturday May 15.
The next group show is now being planned to run from May 28 until July 3 on the theme “Birds on the Wild Side”.  If you or someone you know is a birding enthusiast and wishes to exhibit their photographs please have them contact the gallery to reserve a place in the exhibit.
The following precautions are currently in place at the gallery to protect the health and safety of all visitors and staff:
1. Access is limited to 4 visitors at any one time; physical distancing measures are in effect and wearing of masks is required.
2. A  hand sanitizer dispenser, disinfecting wipes and disposable gloves are available at the gallery for personal use.
3. Display surfaces and fixtures where there may be possible frequent visitor contact are sanitized frequently throughout the day.
4. Staff assistance is provided for any viewing and examination of matted prints, art cards and photo books.
If you wish to be removed from the notification list please reply with “Remove From List” in the subject line.
Keep safe and healthy.
