Jelly Bean Rally Results!

Fun was had by all June 4th when VCC photographers ran through downtown Victoria with pockets full of jelly beans placing them vicariously in a scene to accentuate a photo. Congratulations to Josee Menard for the best use of jelly beans in the Jelly Bean Rally!
